JEWELLERY CARE

Each masterfully crafted Jewellery should be handled carefully, regularly cleaned and serviced, as detailed when purchased, to ensure enjoyment for future generations. Never allow gemstones or jewellery pieces to come into contact with each other as only gemstones and materials of equal or greater hardness* can cause harm to your jewellery. Each jewellery piece should be stored individually in its original packaging received when purchased.

JEWELLERY SERVICE AND RESTORATION

Over time, your jewellery will require professional cleaning and servicing as frequent wear will cause debris, oil and chemicals to build up and metal surfaces to dull. This will detract from its beauty and brilliance. Debris, oil and chemical build up coupled with forceful contact may eventually cause gemstones to loosen or even be lost. We invite you to contact Sales Support to send your jewellery for a professional cleaning minimally once a year. All pearls, as well as diamond and coloured gemstone beads, on silk cord should be brought in for restringing every one to three years depending on frequency of wear.

Our prices are subject to change without notice. We do not negotiate prices on products we offer through the Site. We use our best efforts to ensure that the information on the Site and the price of our products are displayed accurately. However, some system or typographical errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors on our website, including pricing errors. We do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

We Endeavour to supply our Jewellery following the highest level of inspection. However we do operate a simple return policy.

No refunds/exchanges are available on Earrings for hygiene reasons or a Ring ordered to special size. Once we receive your returned merchandise and it is accepted for return, your refund or new item will be processed within a few business days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Please note that merchandise showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than us(DPL International), or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Engraved merchandise may not be returned. Returns without a Return Authorization Form or merchandise that is improperly packaged will not be accepted for return.

Your Package for on-line purchases from this Site

We recommend shipping merchandise for return via Federal Express for tracking purposes. We also recommend that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.

REFUND POLICY:

In the event of damage/fault, please inform us at once and arrange to post back to us via registered post with suitable insurance against the value of goods for your own proof of dispatch and protection to safeguard against unfortunate circumstances. Failure to inform us of any damages/fault on delivery will result in refunds or exchange would be offered and we will have no liability for the items said to be damaged/faulty that are not Manufacturing fault but due to accidental damage or standard wear and tear.

SHIPMENT

DPL International offers free worldwide shipping via Royal Mail or FEDEX whatever applicable according to your location. We also promise to ship all orders the next day providing we have the item in stock via Royal Mail Registered post or FEDEX whatever is applicable. In the event of product being out of stock, our team will inform you of the approximate delivery date and if that doesn’t suit we will be very happy to refund your amount upon your instructions.
